BUILDING ACCESS: Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted in the building; any additional guests must be added to the reservation for proper authorization and are subject to approval. APARTMENT AMENITIES: For your convenience, salt, sugar, and coffee are provided. We want to ensure you enjoy a cozy and well-stocked stay. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to an additional fee and availability. If you require these services, please check with your host regarding availability and the applicable fee. Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
About the place
The apartment features a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a private bathroom with hot water, a bright living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a private balcony where you can relax while enjoying stunning views of the neighborhood. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, a coffee maker, an iron, a hair dryer, and ample closet space are included. Guests also have access to the building’s resort-style amenities, including a pool, hot tub, gym, and parking (subject to availability). Located on iconic Brickell Avenue, you’ll be just a short walk from Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, excellent restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, nightlife spots, and public transportation. Downtown Miami, Bayfront Park, and many of the city’s top attractions are just minutes away.
Access to the place
Please note that the building charges a mandatory fee of $52 per stay to cover resort and check-in fees. This fee is set by the homeowners' association, applies to all reservations regardless of the host or management company, and is charged directly on behalf of the building. It is in addition to the reservation total, and we will charge it to you via Airbnb before your arrival.

Nuestro compromiso es prevenir estos delitos y reportar cualquier situación sospecha ante las autoridades a las líneas 123 Policía Nacional, 122 Fiscalía general de Nación, 141 Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (ICBF) -Están prohibidas las visitas. -Serán verificados los huéspedes anunciados en la reserva, cualquiera extra deberá pagar el precio adicional por noche. -Siempre apagar luces, estufa, entre otros al salir del apartamento o no hacer uso de estos. -Siempre cerrar puertas y ventanas cuando no estén en la casa, las fuertes brisas pueden dañar cosas, y ensuciarlo. -Prohibido fumar dentro del apartamento. -Prohibido brindar la información de las claves a personas que no sean los huéspedes. -En caso de perder las llaves de la propiedad, deberán pagar $50 USD. -En caso de daños causados por mascotas o pelos en lencería difíciles de remover, será cobrado al huésped. - En caso de olvido de las llaves dentro del apartamento, si no hay personal disponible para ayudar será necesario llamar a un cerrajero y el huésped tendrá que pagar el valor del servicio. El incumplimiento de cualquier regla llevará a la cancelación inmediata de la reserva, somos muy estrictos con las reglas.
