ACCESS TO THE BUILDING: Only the guests mentioned in the reservation are allowed in the building, all additional personnel must be registered in the reservation for proper authorization.
APARTMENT COMFORTS: For your convenience, you will find salt, sugar and coffee at your disposal. We want to make sure you enjoy a cozy and well-stocked stay.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Early check-in and late check-out have an additional charge subject to availability. In case you require these services, please consult with your host about the possibility and value of the fee. Normal check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.
The 32.9 m2 apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, offering a comfortable and flexible space for the whole family or group of friends. Welcome to this incredible building. A perfect place to enjoy an unforgettable time in the city of Santa Marta, just 5 minutes walking from the beach. The building has amenities such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, playground, gym and parking. Undoubtedly it is a unique place where you will feel at home but with the best amenities to enjoy a dream vacation.
An additional payment of 15,000 COP per person will be required by the administration of the building. This payment must be made before the day of check-in. Please consult our customer service team for more details.
NOTE: As of July 1, 2025, the entrance handle fee increases to 20,000cop per person.
In the building, laundry service is offered at a cost of 12,000 COP per load, both for washing machine and dryer. Payment is made directly at the front desk. The estimated time for the service is 2 to 3 hours, depending on the type of garments (light or heavy).
It is important to clarify that some amenities, such as the BBQ and other services, have an additional cost depending on the time of use and must be assumed by the guest if he/she wishes to use them.
The wet areas are out of service on Mondays due to maintenance.
We inform you that there is currently a construction near the building, which could generate additional noise and totally or partially affect the view from some apartments.

- At the time of booking, guests ID or passport will be requested. It is important to send this prior the check in, without this information access to the building or property will NOT be allowed. -Parties and meetings in the apartment are forbidden. -Prohibited the consumption of psychoactive substances. -Keep the noise and music moderate, its forbidden to listen loud music. -Minors are not allowed to enter the apartment unaccompanied by family members (a document validating their relationship will be requested). -Visitors are forbidden. -The guests announced in the reservation will be verified, any extra guests will have to pay the additional price per night. -Always turn off lights, stove, among others when leaving the apartment or do not use them. -Always close doors and windows when not in the house, the strong breezes can damage things, and dirty it. -No smoking inside the apartment. -It is forbidden to provide password information to persons other than guests. -In case of losing the keys to the property, they will have to pay $90,000 COP. -In case of damage caused by pets or hair on linen that is difficult to remove, the guest will be charged. - In case of forgotten keys inside the apartment, if there is no staff available to help it will be necessary to call a locksmith and the guest will have to pay the value of the service. Failure to comply with any rule will lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation, we are very strict with the rules.
