The building has amenities such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, BBQ, Teppanyaki, fireplace, gym and 2 coworking spaces.

ASPECTS TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:

- Guests must make a reservation through a platform that will be sent by customer service when you want to make a reservation of an amenity.

- ONLY the gym, coworking and pool are free. The rest of the amenities have an extra cost that the guest must cancel the value of the reservation.

- The amenities are not 24 hours, they have an established schedule of use by the building that can vary and a maximum of time that can be used by a group or 1 guest.

- The use of the washer and dryer has an additional cost.

- There is a parking lot for visitors that has an additional cost. It is not exclusive to the apartment and is subject to availability of spaces.

- On Mondays the wet areas are not available.

- the jacuzzi is out of service
