ACCESS TO THE BUILDING: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the building. Any additional guests must be registered on the reservation for proper authorization. AMENITIES IN THE APARTMENT: For your convenience, salt, sugar, and coffee are provided. We want to ensure you enjoy a cozy and well-stocked stay. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to an additional charge and availability. If you require these services, please check with your host for availability and rates. Normal check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
The apartment is 55 m² in size, has a functional layout, and can accommodate up to 4 guests, with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It has two full bathrooms, one private in the bedroom and another guest bathroom, as well as a living room, kitchen, utility room, and outdoor furniture on the balcony. Its décor is bright and tasteful, creating a welcoming atmosphere for vacation stays, relaxing trips, or remote work. The Reserva del Mar building offers 24-hour security with a reception desk that validates guest entry, four fully constructed towers, six elevators, private and visitor parking, a children's pool with water games, an adult pool on the top floor with ocean views, a bar in the jacuzzi area, a spa located on the 18th floor with reservations and advance payment, a social terrace and panoramic solarium, three jacuzzis on the terrace with prior reservation, direct access to the beach, and a private restaurant with pool service and breakfast and lunch options.
In the lobby, the administration will charge $57,500 COP per person (complex fee). This amount must be paid by the guest. One of the pools (children's) is undergoing maintenance. Note: Some amenities require prior reservation and/or have an additional cost, subject to the building administration. IMPORTANT: We remind you that the maximum number of guests allowed in our accommodation, including children and babies from 0 years old, is as indicated in the advertisement. Please make sure that your reservation does not exceed the number of guests allowed, as even if it is a baby, the administration will consider it an additional guest and an extra charge will be applied upon arrival. Due to building policies, it is not possible to leave luggage at reception or access the social areas before check-in. Unless we can offer you an early check-in service, we suggest you plan your arrival according to the established schedule. We appreciate your understanding.
