ACCESS TO THE BUILDING: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the building, any additional personnel must be registered on the reservation for proper authorization.

AMENITIES IN THE APARTMENT: For your convenience, you will find salt, sugar and coffee at your disposal. We want to make sure you enjoy a cozy and well-stocked stay.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Early check-in and late check-out have an additional charge subject to availability. In case you require these services, please consult the possibility and value of the fee with your host. Normal check-in hours are 3:00pm and check-out at 11:00am.

This charming 30 m² loft offers an intimate and cozy space, perfect for relaxing and enjoying yourself. It has a double bed and a single bed, as well as a full bathroom. The open kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your favorite meals in comfort, while enjoying a modern and functional atmosphere. The apartment has hot water, air conditioning, TV, WiFi, and a beautiful mountain view, providing you with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, whether short or long. It is fully furnished and decorated with exquisite taste, ready to make you feel at home. Building amenities: Enjoy a complete experience with the building's excellent facilities, which include swimming pools for adults and children, a games room, gym, jacuzzis, sauna, and Turkish bath, as well as a mini-market for your convenience.

An additional payment of 20,000 COP per person must be made for entrance handles, required by the building administration. This payment must be made before the check-in day. Please consult our customer service team for more details. In the building, laundry service is offered at a cost of 12,000 COP per load, both for washing machine and dryer.

Payment is made directly at the front desk. The estimated time for the service is 2 to 3 hours, depending on the type of garments (light or heavy). It is important to clarify that some amenities, such as the BBQ and other services, have an additional cost depending on the time of use and must be assumed by the guest if he/she wishes to use them. Wet areas are out of service on Mondays due to maintenance.

Parking inside the building is subject to availability. However, more parking options are available in the outside bay of the building. Please note that there is currently a nearby construction site, which may cause additional noise and partially or fully obstruct the view from some apartments.

TRANSPORTATION: Getting around Santa marta can be chaotic, because of this, we recommend our guests to use apps and safe transportation. If you prefer a premium service, at Ahead we offer a professional transportation service that you can schedule.
